Azure Pacific Vacation Rentals

Review: A $600.00 deposit was required in order to rent a condo for a month, with the understanding, in writing that the deposit would be refunded after the end of the stay if there was no damage to the property. The stay was for the month of January 2014. Three months have elapsed since our last day at the condo and we have not received our deposit. Azure Pacific is not accusing us of doing damage to the property, they simply will not answer their phone , voice mail, phone text, or an email any longer. One week ago, I contacted by phone, the owner of the property and was given two new email addresses, and was told to explain my problem and give my address. I did so. I heard nothing, so I emailed again 2 days ago and still no reply.Desired Settlement: It would be common courtesy to hear from Azure Pacific with an email or phone call telling us the deposit will be in the mail that day. Also we expect a check in the mail within three business days.
