I called Azure, was asked to send pictures of the burn, and was told the owner was out of town and would get back to meAfter waiting almost two weeks, I called again and finally reached the owner, who rudely told me it was just a rash, not their faultI assured him a medical doctor said it was a burnHe then, sent me a text and suggested that perhaps the massage had activated shinglesSince I know little about shingles, I again contacted my doctor, who said no, it was not shingles, but a first degree burnI tried to call the owner back and was told by the Azure manager that he would no longer speak to meShe insisted it was not their faultShe trains everyone there and this could not happenI told her perhaps it was an accident but it did happenI simply wanted a genuine apologyShe told me I was insulting her and she too would no longer speak to meNo accountabilityWas the massage cheap, yesWas it worth a painful burn and possible scarring, no!
