BBB, Azure: Mr B [redacted] your response to my company's invoice is misleading. [redacted] has made every trailer payment except the last $1000.00, to which your company has continued refusing to receive, forcing the trailer payoff an impossibility, is a more truthful and accurate statement. Azure agrees that [redacted] owes one final payment toward the trailer BUT now Azure is attempting to charge [redacted] thousands in repairs before returning my company equipment to my office. Azure doesn't have permission to work my equipment so why would Azure demand [redacted] pay for repairs made to my trailer? The trailer does not belong to Azure and this demand is not honest business practices. Mr B [redacted] your response to my invoice states my company created hardship on Azure which I see as impossible because I provided Mr [redacted] as my replacement driver, the same driver Azure had already approved to run the routes in question so you are not relaying the facts to BBB again. I have attached my company invoice to show the BBB that Azure falsely accused [redacted] of including penalties of which no such charge is included. Azure has dealt underhandedly and deceptively with my company this entire process. I paid a driver over $1200.00 to drive to Ga to pick up the equipment that Mr B [redacted] admits to belonging to [redacted] , my driver retuned empty handed but I owed the driver and fulfilled my debt. My driver returned without my trailer because Joe W [redacted] followed Mr B [redacted] 's order to remove the trailer from where [redacted] parked it last which is called stealing in 49 states, and yes I have a police report from Ga police. Azure has implemented a user fee of $800.00 a week which is charged to every Carrier who does not have a refrigerated unit to use for the delivery job. [redacted] innocently implemented the same formula that Azure uses, when I wrote the bill my company invoiced to Azure Farms, INC. Why Azure wants to dispute paying the now PAST DUE invoice is not clear but why do you think Azure chose to remove [redacted] trailer from where it was parked without discussing using it much less driving off with equipment not belonging to their company is deceitful business practices. Azure Standard has put [redacted] in a conundrum financially seeing I am a widow who as Azure honestly stated does not drive trucks herself therefore my finances are suffering greatly. Azure has not fulfilled the BBB Code of Principles: 1. Adhere to tell the truth 2. Abide by all written and verbal agreements 3. Honor promises made. The public has a right to know who Azure really is. I have contacted the offices of a National Best-Selling Parenting Author and Syndicated columnist who has agreed to help me ask American families what they think of a multimillion dollar company running a widow out of business just because the Farm owners refuse to take responsibility of wrongly handling the termination of carrier contact in which have refused to follow own termination procedures though the contract was drafted by Azure Standard themselves. All I ask is Azure pay my company's invoice in total and prove to the BBB and to [redacted] that Azure is a company established on integrity like Azure Standard's web-site claims. Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I am responding to this email to accept Azure offer of $13,542.14
Thank you,

Dear *** ***,
Regarding the complaint against Azure Standard issued by *** *** on October 25, and assigned ID#:***, we have the following statement
We respectfully disagree with the statements provided by *** *** *** *** on behalf of *** ***. Our
supplier concurs, and with over forty years of personal hands on experience in vinegar production he can unequivocally state that all live mothers do not convert the alcohol in any liquid. Our suggestion to *** *** regarding future production was to produce a test batch first to insure it preforms according to their specification and expectations and to then, should it produce the desired results, to utilize the same lot for further production.
That said, we informed *** *** by way of their lawyer, *** ***, on October 25, that we do not wish to debate this issue further. In the interest of good will, we agreed to credit the purchase price of $for gallons of Azure Market Raw Apple Cider Vinegar on Azure order number ***. The freight charge of $stands. A refund check #*** for $has been issued by Azure Standard to *** Vinegar and we consider this matter settled to the satisfaction of both parties
Please feel free to contact us should you have further questions
Kind Regards,
*** ***

Azure Standard is an independent natural and organic food distributor delivering products direct to families, manufacturers and retailers across the nation, including Hawaii and AlaskaAzure enters into agreements with Independent Contracted Carriers in order to provide customers with their
orders in the quickest and most efficient manner possibleIn May of 2015, *** *** was contracted to deliver three routesOn Friday, April 15th, 2016, owner *** *** notified Azure Standard that her sole driver had quit, and that *** *** would not be able to deliver its route the following weekThis posed a significant risk to customers deliveries and as well as a hardship to Azure StandardIt gave us less than hours to respond and put in place a trained driver and the equipment needed to fulfill the route
We informed Mrs*** that her agreement had not been honored, and that since her company was not able to meet the terms of the agreement that she was in breach of contractWe expressed our disappointment that this happened because Azure had provided Mrs*** a significant amount of assistance to allow her to retain these routes after her husband passed away nine months previouslyWe understood that Mrs*** was limited in her knowledge of the trucking industry, yet stated that she had an enthusiasm for wanting to serve Azure customers after her husband had passed awayShe expressed her desire that *** *** remain an Azure Carrier and fulfill the terms the agreementDue to the tragic and unexpected nature of her loss, and her enthusiasm to take up the Carrier Agreement on behalf of her husband, Azure provided her with a level of support and collaboration over a period of nine months that included around the clock access to Azure Standard’s Logistics manager on any topic of concern or issue that aroseWe were disappointed *** *** was not able to deliver, and it was with sincere regret that we had to part companyHowever, we had to ensure that the continuity of these routes would not be disrupted
An additional item that Mrs*** has mentioned in her complaint is regarding the trailer used on this routeThis trailer, initially owned by Azure Standard and used on these routes, was offered to *** ***Mr*** agreed to purchase the trailerThe payment agreement was not tied to a calendar schedule; ad hoc payments were allowed in order for *** *** to make them as could be affordedFour of five payments have been made*** *** is not the title holder of this trailerIt has been used to continue to fulfill Azure routes since *** *** failed to deliverAzure offered to refund the cost of the trailer*** *** responded with an invoice for $21,It included the cost for refund, repairs that were made, as well as rental fees, penalties and tax We have subsequently responded that we would be glad to pay the refund amount and non routine maintenance repairs totaling up to $13,We have not heard back from Mrs*** since we made that response, yet we are hopeful that we are close to being able to resolve this

Azure Standard would be glad to resolve this item through Revdex.com arbitrationWe would welcome an impartial, third-party arbitrator to hear and decide the case
Sincerely,
James B***
