See PDFDesired SettlementSee PDFBusiness Response Unfortunately we do on occasion have problems from our suppliers & customs holding onto their orders, meaning we have to wait for product. As a company policy we only ship inmate orders in full or sending what is in & canceling the rest of the order as many times we have had partial orders get returned.I see that Ms. [redacted] has been credited for the book back in March as we were notified yet again from our supplier that the new shipment was delayed again. She should have gotten a letter stating that with an invoice letting her know of the credit.I can send a refund or product whichever the customer prefers.

It looks like according to the tracking it was sent back here stating "Addressee Unknown". www.usps.com XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX to track.We can reship it out with no problems but I would like to double check the address. The one we have is the same as the one listed in the complaint.
