This company advertises stock they don't hold, doesn't communicate, doesn't reveal contact information, nor honor the promise of its website.

I placed an online order in early July. Two months later, after hearing nothing from the store, I queried them. They didn't respond until I wrote two more emails over the following week. In the response they did not answer my question about my order, and then when I asked again, I was again ignored. I then wrote to ask for a phone number to contact them, and they also ignored this email. It is now nearly three months since my order and I have no idea when it is expected, or how to contact the company. I have received two emails from them during this period, the first to acknowledge my order, and the second in response to my many queries. This company is awful!
