B A Contracting and Restoration of Arizona

BA Contracting and Restoration of Arizona was hired on 9/16/2013 to restore the residence located on [redacted] W Garfield St. Phx, AZ 85009 due to fire and water damage. The main contact person is [redacted]; this person was paid $43,880.00 out of the contracted amount of $52,500.00 to completed the job. This company or person would only bring a couple of people to work at the site and has taken this long working on the house. Mr. [redacted] agree to complete the house by 12/2013, he then extended to 1/2014 and lastly said he would complete by 2/2014. Mr. [redacted] not only failed to complete the job by the agreed date, he also stopped responding to all communication. In other words, he abandoned the job. We recently found out that the above mentioned company has lost its license due to open complaints and lack of bond.
