2/26/2014-We spoke to [redacted] at 2:50 pm. She stated...
that the crew was still ill and it was not fixed.
3/14/2014-A message was left for [redacted] at 3:19 pm
3/19/2014-A message was left for [redacted] at 8:12 am.
At this time we are waiting on [redacted] and her roofing company to do the repairs to see what else is needed from us. We will continue to attempt communication unless otherwise noted.

I TRIED to be a customer; however, the poor follow up by their "front man," Ryan P[redacted], ended up forcing me to look elsewhere. I had some water damage, and this company came highly recommended by my State Farm adjuster.
Ryan's follow up, from very early on, was so bad that I called my insurance agent directly and asked if this was a typical problem they had with Wilton. I was surprised to find out that it WASN'T typical at all. Within 30 minutes of that call, I received an apologetic call from Ryan assuring me that everything would be "perfect" from that point on.
I've been trying to firm up something with him since we agreed on the work to be done, which has simply taken him too long. I've moved on.
And, for the record, if you have water damage and you take the time to get estimates, you can get the work done cheaper.
Sorry Wilton, but Ryan is no asset to you.
