The technician improperly installed an evaporator coil and caused another leak. The coil was too large for the housing frame. He tried to tape it shut, but the tape would not hold causing an opening. The opening lead to air escaping ( cooling the attic instead of the house) and condensation. He cut a hole in my galvanized pipe and stuck the A/C pipe in the drain. Also, he put duck tape around the pipe. Improperly installation of A/C pipe line cause a leak to continue in my attic. He continue to cut and duck tape pipes. He damage one pipe and tried to fix it with duck tape, once again. I was told the work was not up to code. I continue to have condensation on my bathroom closet's walls and ceiling . My attic is a mess! He did not know what he was doing and he should have stated that. His Boss should have sent a qualified and experience technician. My warrant company sent another work order out for them to repair damage. They did/have not call back.Desired SettlementPay for corrections. If they do corrections have work inspected.
