My harmony had popped and white smoke still starting When called woman was rude and said probably not fuel line I had said my nephew had the same issue and if mower started not engine She stated should have my nephew fix .Had placed a pckup order called another company and then cancelled the pickup Don't need rudenessI had used in past, lost a customer today

I took my Craftsman/Briggs mower in due to issues with it running correctly. I had installed a new champion spark plug this spring, and a new air filter 2 days before I started having issues.
Imagine my surprise when the invoice showed they replaced both the spark plug and the air filter. When I questioned it, the young lady sarcastically told me to "go start the mower. If it runs, they must have needed replacing". My wife was in the car, and I knew she could't stay out in the heat much longer due to health issues, so I wasn't able to dispute it any further. I asked the young man who loaded it for me about it, he had to audacity to state that some spark plugs only work one time. I've been buying spark plugs for 50 years. That's a new one on me.
This company seems to have a monoply on the small engine business in BA. I guess that makes it okay to rip people off.

You won't find a finer family business elsewhere. Service is outstanding. Personal. Attentive. [redacted] listened to me with empathy & resolved my issue. I'm going back with any future needs.
