This company took a $3000.000 advance from me for services that claimed would assist me with modifying my existing home loan. They took my credit card information, charged it and after I filled out a 5 page form and also a legal release form that allowed them to represent me to my mortgage company.The only thing they did is send in a form to [redacted] that stated that they will negotiate my loan and that no other person "not even myself" could discuss or review the negotiation process.I waited over 2 months and did not hear back from this company or the Bank. I called the bank and they told me to contact them. So I did and all I got was run around emails and voice mails from the owner.Then they went completely dark on me and their website was then taken down.When I contacted the Bank they would not discuss my loan with me since they were only working with this company and refused to discuss anything with me. It took me nearly an entire month to get the bank to remove them from my account. I also took legal guidance from them and stopped paying my mortgage in order to get [redacted] to negotiate with them (later found out this type of guidance is against the law).It has been almost 4 years not since this debacle and I have yet to get any type of refund for my payment and no response from the business owner or its partners.These guys breached their contract with me by not fulfilling their terms of the agreement and they really need to be held accountable and a big RED FLAG needs to run up so others dont get taken advantage of.
