After I sold the car month later they complained about the roaches we get the car back and cleaned well we took out every thing out and cleaned it,at the same time we gave him a loaner while iam cleaning her car they came back and complained that the loaner car has roaches too,we told her the problem its not us may be where you parking the car there are roaches we kept there car two days to make sure no roaches ,now they said some parts are missing they want me to pay them $1500,I did every thing I can do to satisfythem,it seem the more I do the more they want.if they let me know from first week I would took the car back.but not after two month they want me to exchang the car or give them $

Sorry we cant not return her money,because first of all there was nothing wrong with the jeep when she bought it, she signed an as is and that's the law, she never complained or gave us chance to check it or fix it. thanks***

Tell us why herewe at z auto place always been proud our customer serviceabove case should be a good example of our commitment to good customer service that we did provide him to fix his first choice or chose another vehicle ,which he didthis vehicle has been in his position since
july and it was sold as isall our clients will get offer to purchase extended warrenty since vehicles has been checked out and qualify for purchasing extended warrenty at the time of sellsome clients do refuse to purchase it .we are sorry that he is having problem with his vehicle, but we will be happy to help him with trading him out of it base on his credit ability

We have contacted by the customer and fixed her car two month later if she brought her car when she had the problem we would have fixed the car thanks ***

Well I don't know whom to believe her or her father, he was here last night ,he said she gave us $1750.00 now she is saying $2000.00 .we have all the documents she signed .
