Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
This is not the first time I've requested the vents to be put in over the last year, but probably the 7th request over the past monthsThe first several were when the job was completed in late October Additionally, if he had even ever come back to the jobsite (which is in the same town where the business is located) he would see that the garage already has attic vents, so that has never been in my request to finish HIS job I need to have occupancy before the contractor has indicated that he "has time" to finish the job in 7-weeks, which is just another excuse Installing three attic vents should require no more than one hour of work, so he does not need to "drop all his other jobs" to complete
The contractor response is as disappointing as his inability to spend an hour to complete work he should have done, per code, in the first place I'll be taking further action with the *** Board and notifying the *** *** *** *** (***) Sincerely,*** ***
