This is a response to the above complaintMr *** contacted our sales staff on a new truck, he indicated that he would come over, do the paperwork, then be gone for a weekDuring the week he would be gone his bank would send us a check, and he would come back for the truck after it was paid
for... When he arrived at the dealership he did not have the money to pay for the truck, and wanted to take it back to WyomingHe said a credit union out of Washington was going to finance it and they would send us a check, also he wanted it titled in Oregon. Since he wanted to take the truck with him to Wyoming I said we must have a finance contract that was able to be cashed in the invent the we did not get a check from the Washington credit unionWe got him approved from ** *** and asked him to sign the contracts he refused to sign and said he would only sign if we gave him a letter saying they could not be cashed without a check or contract in hand to guarantee payment for the truck we could not release itMr *** decided he did not want the truck if he could not take it without paymentNo dealership would release a new 60K+ truck to a person they did not know taking it to another state, hoping to get payment from a CU they have not heard of, without receiving payment. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, but only because the result I wanted was for my $500 deposit returned. I want to state that Wackerli Subaru had nearly 8 months to respond to my numerous communications and there is no coincidence that I was finally contacted by management and the refund was issued AFTER my Revdex.com complaint was filed. So, let it be noted that I am satisfied with the result but not with the excuses and account from the dealership.

ToWhom, Regarding [redacted].I have reviewed the file and it appears [redacted] asked us to hold a car for her from 08/10/2016 until 09/07/2016. The car was pulled from inventory and secured for her. In reading the salesmen's notes and email chain between our sales staff,...
sales managers and [redacted], she asked them to continue holding the car with the intention of buying it. However I cannot find where she signed our deposit agreement which outlines the non refundable terms of the deposit. In the interests of good customer relations I had instructed our team to refund her deposit.
