we are very sorry that the customer is so up set, it was made very clear to her that the test very rarely comes back in less than 2...

weeks, & even though she did pay [redacted] to get 2 day processing at the lab, which she did receive, she never requested or was charged for expedited shipping, shipping is covered by test kit & shipping pouch is included with purchase of test kit. I never thought to have it expedited & apologized to the customer not asking, her test came out 4.2 pico liters, .2 over minimum concern level, this can be mitigated by installing a ceiling fan or opening a window. radon is a concern & we don't make light of it, but it is not our responsibility to pay for her desire to have a system of a much higher cost, or of any cost. the contract she signed at time of inspection clearly states we are not responsible for any repairs to the home past present or future. we have copies of all information & are willing to send copies to her legal counsel if desired. the inspection was done on a Tuesday May 23rd, at 5pm, sample must set out for 4 days, collected on Saturday at 5:02pm was mailed Sunday received at lab Friday may 26, due to holiday weekend received & forwarded results Tuesday may 30th. during this time we where never contacted by the customer in any way to state her concerns or displeasure. He is lying. I paid for a service he failed to provide. As a result of his negligence he ended up costing me money out of my pocket.
