B & B Auto is a great business! Not only do they take care of all my car needs professionally and quickly but at a decent price too! They also have a very nice, clean waiting room that makes waiting for your car enjoyable!

A coworker recommended this place. They are great! I took my car in for a fuel tank sender issue. When they went to order the part from the dealer, they found out Nissan had extended the warranty on the part that was needed to fix the problem. [redacted] (owner) called me and asked if he could call Nissan to see if they would do the repair, knowing that if the answer was yes, B&B wouldn't be able to do the repair. It worked! Even though the car was out of warranty the Nissan dealer fixed it for free. B&B could have totally not gone out of their way and fixed the car themselves. Incredible integrity saved me (and cost them) $400. Satisfied customer here! Did I mention this is a car repair place??? Unbelievable. Keep it up and you'll have a customer for life!

B and B provides excellent service. They are responsive, affordable and flexible to their customers' needs. They go go above and beyond. I would recommend this shop to anyone on the South Shore.
