B and B Heating and Air Conditioning

My furnace was smoking so on December 2,2013 I called Band B Heating. He came and stated it was repaired. I woke up the next morning with no heat, so I called him. He came over and worked on it for a few minutes and stated he would have to come back later that night. I said, " you're going to leave me here all day with no heat? He worked on it and when I came home later that day, I had no heat so I called another technician who stated I was taken and the Band B did a sloppy job, so I had to pay another $198.00 to receive heat.I am requesting a refund of $181.50. T he second technician is willing to testify in court if it is needed.
