Purchased an ATV from them. Was told the machine was preped and good to go. Mouse droppings and nuts in air box, filter was torn and filthy. Back brakes missing assembly parts. Front calipers down to metal. Guy lied to my face. Also removed items from machine as per advertisement photos. Stay away from this business.
Review: On February 4, 2013; I order a customized 2009 [redacted] Golf car. I picked it up on March 14, 2013. On the trip home the seat was not bolted on properly and came off while I was driving. Thank god not hitting another car on the highway. Than when I got home; I noticed the roof was not secured the windshield was not aligning up properly and the steer was not working. I immediately started calling B & B Powersports and e-mailing them. I than noticed that the VIN was removed; but it was in the glove compartment. If it was a 2009 it would have been under the gas pedal. I call [redacted]. They told me to get the serial number on the frame. I noticed the one place that there was caked on dirt was the place on the frame where the serial number was. I cleaned it; gave it to [redacted] and they researched my car. Found out it was a 2004 not a 2009. They than told me the VIN was right but a 4 was changed to a 9 on my paper work to make it appear it was a 2009. The first to letters are PR for model [redacted]. Than the second 2 numbers are for the year. They put in 09 to cover up what they were not giving me what I was paying for. The rest of the VIN is correct for the 2004 Golf car that it is. This out right Fraud and they tried to deceive me by covering it is and misrepresenting what I was getting. I have asked for a full refund of $4,300.00. I want the to arrange to pick up the cart; since I will not spend money in gas and tolls for their fraud nor do I want to be responsible for transporting this cart. The cart's steering is dangerous I would not let my family drive this.Desired Settlement: I want my $4,300 in cash I gave them for the Golf and monies I paid for gas and tolls to pick up this cart which is $250.00. I want them to arrange to have the cart picked up because I will not pay or be responsible for transporting it back to them. THIS SALE WAS COMPLETE FRAUD.

Response:
As to Any Transactions there are 2 sides to a story and there are Multiple Errors in this Customers Statement of Complaint. We have been in Business Multiple Years with Not having a Written Complaint from a customer and I'll respond to this the Same way I did Via Phone and Email to the Customer Over a month ago. There is Nothing wrong with the Golf Cart and Were Happy to Give the Buyer his Paid Price REFUND Just Return the Item the Way he picked it up. We know the Product we Built and painted it and installed a Lift kit for him to Spec and he picked it up in person. Were not out to Defraud anybody by missing a Digit from a 4 to a 9 on a sticker for a serial tag. Fraud would be Removing that tag or replacing that tag. BottomLine we took a month to Build this Cart and are willing to take it back and waive our 20% restocking fee also as stated before just return the golf cart the way it was picked up.
Thanks
