Review: ON 05/29 a representative asked me to do a demonstration in my home, I told him that the next day would be better for me. ON 05/30 a representative came to my home and demonstrated this vaccuum it worked great and at the time I was having issues with my vaccuum, so I told him I wanted it he called his supervisor and started the paperwork. That day he left me with the vaccuum. I didnt not use it for a number of days due to being intimidated by the larger, heavier new vaccuum. However when I did use it I noticed it did not pick up nearly as good as during the demonstration matter of fact it is performing worse than the vaccuum that was taken after the demonstration (yes my vaccuum was taken and I was given "money off" the price of the [redacted]). so I contacted the finance company who stated since it was after the 3 day period I could not end my contract..(i find that very hard to believe), they gave me the contact info for B &B promotions the seller of [redacted] and ive been calling them numerous times at different times of the day to no avial no one answers. At this point I no longer want this [redacted] I want them to take it they can charge a 30 day penalty but this thing is not worth the 2000 dollars. Yes I said it 2000. They have proven they do not have good business practices. and if this is happening with me who else has been tricked out of their money with this non performing heavy as all ever vaccuum.Desired Settlement: I want them to take back their vaccuum. Ive been in touch with the Attorney's General as well also seeking assistance with this company.
