Good afternoon Bradley, I received a call from Gene at B&B Quick Lube last week and returned the call earlier this week Gene was very
apologetic on the phone to me and my wife and stating numerous times that this situation should not have come this far. He then said he would take care of it whether I brought it into his shop or took it somewhere else. He also said he would reimburse me for the previous oil change that I had done there. I ended up making an appointment to have him take care of it. Brought my truck back in this past Thursday and roughly over an hour, including an oil change, I was out of the shop. The whole time he was apologetic to me. I told him with the service I received that day that I would be back. He did not charge me for the oil change that day and in addition he gave me a gift certificate towards a future service. He said he was going to get to the bottom of this. He did make a point of mentioning that this should have been taken care of within a day or two of the original service and that he does not have any managers. Overall I’m happy with how Gene handled the situation. Thank-you,Jason ***
