[redacted] is correct, we have shipped over night the two orders for which she paid and both of these orders were shipped later than our scheduled date. We are a small boutique operation and explained to [redacted] that we are too casual with our shipments because of the demands on our time with the...

animals and operations.  We further explained that we may be late but she would always receive her product. We are a "members only" operation and not open to the public. We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience our late shipments may have caused.

Review: I joined their "riding club" in Jan. The agreement was that you paid $99 for the year and spent $400 in their dining room. That was to included everything they have on the property ..i.e. indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, etc with no extra charge. I also made sure that there would be no problem bringing my granddaughter, who is 4 up to swim, etc. They added her name to the contract stating that I would be bringing her. I paid all my dues, including the $400 dining fees and now they say the contract has changed. They want to charge extra money to swim and say no one under the age of 12 is allowed. I don't see how you can change a contract mid stream and I never would have joined if my granddaughter would not be allowed.Desired Settlement: At the very least I would like my money back

This letter is in response to your complaint to the Revdex.com dated June 2, 2013.

I had tried to call you to see if we could meet and go over the contract that you agreed to. I was finally

able to locate the contract and I did see where [redacted]' name was added. At the time the contract was

drawn up and signed we did not know that it had liability issues with a child that young.

The issue with the additional charges for the use of towels is yet another unforeseen problem that we

had to resolve.

We thought that we could supply towels, robes,etc for our members without incurring exceptional

costs. Unfortunately this was not the case. We had missing robes and towels, and other problems from

some members. Since everyone had access to the pool area there was no way of knowing who was

responsible.

I am sorry that this was not a good experience for you.

Enclosed is your reimbursement check for the dues.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory.

The only other comment that I would like to make is that I don't believe they ever tried to contact me by phone or email. I have an answering machine on my phone and have never

received a message from them wanting to discuss anything.
