I just looked back and I do not have any pictures of the house. 
Before I went to the home I checked with the agent and he indicated that the owner of the house was not at home and that nobody was going to be home and I could go look at it. 
When I reached the property I...

went to the lock box and obtained the Key from the lock box. I then went to the front door and rang the doorbell. I then knocked on the door. When I received no answer I used the key to open the front door. Once I opened the door I announced myself. At that point I started walking through the house and did not see anyone home. Yes I did use the restroom and since I did not think anyone was home I did not close the door so that I would know if someone came home. Then I heard a rustling noise from the bedroom. At this time I made sure that I was presentable and came around the corner to find someone in the bedroom. This was startling to me also as I was told the house would be vacant. I then noticed that there was a young lady in the bed. I apologized and said who I was and what I was doing there. I then asked her if it would be ok if I looked at the house and she said yes. I never entered her bedroom and I never touched her. I was not even sure what her age was and she never introduced herself or stated what her reason for being there. I was in the house 5-10 minutes at the most. I then thanked her, apologized once more and stated that I was leaving. I was looking at the house for one of my buyers that was interested in possibly making an offer on the home. I do not have any pictures of the home on my phone or computer and if I did take any pictures it would have been only for clarification of design and layout of home. The only reason I would have looked into a closet was to get a idea of the size. I do not remember taking any pictures of the home inside or out.. Once I left the home I would have put the key back and looked around the front yard. I was trying to complete a visual assertion of the home for my client.  At that point I might have made some notes on the house and neighborhood. 
I sincerely apologize to the owners of this home and her daughter as I did not know that anyone was home at the time of my entrance into the home. This is why I always announce myself upon entry, ring the door bell and knock in case it does not work. I was just doing my job for my client and was told that the home would be empty. If I had know that there was going to be a minor child in the home I would have scheduled for another time. As I stated before I was not aware of the age on the person that I saw as the only part of her that I saw was her head. The rest of her was in the covers. I can understand their concern and had I known I would have left immediately. I was never even told that the owner had minor children that could be home or lived in the home.  
 
Thank You for notifying us of this concern and I hope that this puts the complainant at ease. I feel that this was a total misunderstanding and I have already addressed this issue with the listing agent and thought that it was resolved.
