Review: My house is on the market. Our Real estate agent sent one of his associates to my house. They Never contacted me before entering my home. So today Wednesday March 2, 2016. A man entered my home at approximately 10:00 a m. He didn't knock or announce himself. He was able to gain the house key via the lockbox provided by my real estate agent. He entered my home used my facilities. Not closing the bathroom door before relieving himself. He at that point realized there was someone in the home. He went into my 12 year old daughters room. She was asleep. She had stayed home from school due to illness. This man then shook my daughter to wake her up. He proceeded to speak to my 12 year old daughter while she was still lying in bed. He said he was there to take pictures. He never gave a business card identifying himself and his affiliation with this Real estate company. He then proceeded to take very strange pictures. Of the inside of my closet. Plus numerous pictures of non- real estate type photos. He spent at least 30 more minutes in my home alone with my 12 year old daughter. He spent at least as long outside in front yard. He has broken so many rules and regulations. I am not sure which one to chose from?Desired Settlement: They need to remove lockbox. Return my house keys. Showings by appointment only. The man who did come in my home needs to be properly disciplined. They never called ahead. He entered and stayed inside my home with a monor. Under the age of consent. He used my restroom. He took photos of no use or concern for my listing or real estate business?
