I am very dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and service of this company. From start to finish they have had to return at least 3 times to patch leaks, which should have been prevented in the first place. It's a new roof for crying out loud! They don't show up when they promise and they leave when they're ready. In my opinion they don't give primary attention to the customer they are servicing at that specific time before they're off to another job. It's been 2 weeks and our problems still are not fixed. When it rains, our roof now has multiple leaks. It's been like slow running molasses getting this roof corrected and them out of our life. At this moment we have a blue tarp on the chimney of our roof.....embarrasing! They have been paid in full and to be experiencing leaks is ridiculous. I would never recommend them to fix anyone's roof.Correct the roof or give us a refund!
