B and C Towing

Review: My car was ticketed by police on [redacted] St on 10/29/14 because I received a parking ticket at 12pm because of street cleaning. After my car was ticketed, B&C towing was told to remove the car from the street. There was no signs on street that mentioned anything of the towing company or towing fees. After finding a cop 2 blocks away is when the cop mentioned who the towing company was and their location. Apparently through all the review websites including facebook, there seems to be a tie of the [redacted] Dept Chief to the owner of the B&C towing company. I dont belive this is lawfull and should be totally investigated. B&C towing charged me 127.45$ for their fine towing services which I did not request for at all. So I have contacted my Credit card company and already tagged the transaction as fraudulent. I will not be paying for these charges. And i'll make sure my VISA credit card company is aware of that.Desired Settlement: Need this company and [redacted] PD investigated for this. There's worse things that [redacted] PD should be taking care of, but they decide to have officers write tickets and have cars towed.
