B and H Auto Sales, Inc.

I purchased a [redacted] from B and H Auto, Inc. and within 2 weeks the transmission started acting up. I did sign beside of the as-is line. I took the vehicle to have the transmission checked out by 2 different transmission specialists and I was told that it was indeed a malfunction in it. When the vehicle is running cold is when the transmission slips. When I test drove the [redacted], it ran just fine but of course the salesman had the car warmed and ready for me. After having the vehicle for 3 weeks, one of the owners ([redacted])of the car lot calls me. He has heard from "word of mouth and via [redacted]" that I have been telling people that I bought a [redacted] that needs a transmission from B and H. He offered to pay me $500 to take off what I had posted on [redacted] and to sign a paper stating that I knew that the transmission was acting bad. He also wanted me to post on [redacted] that B and H has made things right with me and that I knew the transmission was bad when I bought it. I refused. Mr. [redacted] had called me several times that day, trying to get me to sign a paper for $500. I am a poor girl, and I don't lie. I used all of my school loans to purchase this [redacted]. B and H knew the [redacted] had a bad transmission but did not disclose it to me.
