B and H Moving and Storage Inc.

Review: I had contracted with this company to move my items from New York to Arizona. They sent two movers to pick up my things on Thursday 9/*/2013. There was a problem with an add price ( fuel) that I explained to the foreman I would not pay because it was not on the estimate,so, we noted that on the bill of lading and signed off on. My items were taken away and since then I have not been able to communicate with this business via email or phone. I decided to go to the address listed for the company to see if I could speak with someone directly and it turned out that the address is a residential building and no one was available. I have no idea where my "move" is. The name of the person that I been communicating is [redacted] and I have no one else to attempt to speak with. I have made phone calls every day since 12/*/2013 and I have also sent emails and not received any response at all.Desired Settlement: I would like to have all my merchandized returned as well as my down payment asap.

The business never contacted me, however, after extensive research and knocking on a number of doors I managed to communicate with the person who picked up my items. I have in fact received my item in Arizona. This company was sold back in May and the current owner continued to use the website of the former owner. I, of course, was not aware of this nor was I told of it by the present owner.

I will write a blog about this matter which will not be flattering at all about this company so no one else has to go through and endure what I did.
