Most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered! Their voicemail is full and they don’t respond to emails. If you’re lucky enough to get a person in the phone, they are rude, incompetent, and hang up on you. Scheduling the stop was “just too much” and they gave us the wrong day. We had to go over two weeks without pick up and ended up getting a maggot problem. It was awful!
