Review: I hired this company to repair my dishwasher for the sum of $290. After the repair was completed, the dishwasher still did not work. Was told by the owner that an additional part was needed that cost $60. The part was supposed to be ordered 4 weeks ago. Haven't heard from the company since, even though my checks were cashed totaling $290. Have made several attempts to call and even text the owner and still no response.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund since the owner failed to complete the job.

Review: B B Appliance [redacted] (Owner) came out to repair our beer Depenser. Installed a Hard Start Kit. The Kit will take 24 hours to work, It didn't work. It has 30 day warranty. I called the next day and next day and then 3 days later and still no one has called me back to discuss on how to fix, since it does have a 30 day warranty. I paid with a check made out to [redacted] not B B Appliance. In meantime I had to call some one else to fix. That appliance repair man said the beer depense wasn't worth repairing cost to much, so just go buy a new one. And the Hard Start Kit is just a bypass, which [redacted] did not tell us, and it could have caused a fire.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, since the product he installed did not work.
