My wife and I were in the middle of a vacation when bearings in the rear went bad. We limped into Page and luckily decided to take our vehicle to B&B Auto Repair (was considering two other businesses). The entire staff treated us with respect, expedited the repair because of our circumstances, and performed the necessary repairs without attempting to add bogus service. The experience was very positive, even though the timing was very unfortunate. We were back on the road late afternoon on the day of the repair (had to wait one day for parts from Phoenix). One employee even helped to reserve a room for us in an otherwise full hotel. The owner showed me what was wrong before detailing what needed to happen and before a quote was given. To wrap things up, they did a full test drive and put the truck back on the lift to make one final adjustment. We completed the cross-country trip without incident.
