Hello Mr***, Here are the files you requested I'm sorry I took awhile I could not find themI scanned all pieces I'm only able to add four so I will send you another email with the 5th filethe contract is on a long sheet that is why I have so many files.Thank you very much for your time and help

Business states that unfortunately, customer purchased vehicle as-isThere was no extended warranty purchased at the time of saleVehicle was purchased on May 31st and customer came back in the beginning of December demanding the transmission be replacedBusiness informed customer that was not possible but did offer to negotiate the cost of labor which customer refusedCustomer was rude, unreasonable, and unwilling to give the business the opportunity to help him

Business states that due to the manner in which the consumer decided to handle the situation, the business is no longer offering any assistance to the customerThe vehicle was sold as is and the business is under no obligation to repair any issuesThe business feels disrespected and due to the circumstances the business is not able to extend any line of credit to the customer for the repair

I am rejecting this response because: When I went to the dealership to see if they could help they never once offered to help with anything they were just rude and said it was not there problem due to a new owner and then told me to leave or they would call the cops and tow the truck. Very unprofessional from a business in my opinion the reason I went back to the dealership was to find out if they would help me, since I purchased the car 6 months ago I figure they would help me with "part" of the problem or for them to fully fix it. They refuse to help due to issues that they had between owners at the end I got told that they changed owners & that if I would of done the deal with the new owner that he might would of help me but since I didnt they quoted "Its not our issue anymor" what I dont understand is how they can charge me $11,000 for a truck that only worked for 6 months I think its ridiculous how theres such a high price on somthin that didnt even last much. I would considered since its a used vehicle it would last me atleast a year fully workin now its sittin outside my house because I cant fix it due that I have to pay the truck payment & insurance & other bills that I can't afford I just cant afford something extra thats the reason I got a truck in payments because I couldnt afford taking the risk of buying a vehicle in the streets that I wouldnt know its flaws & I figure out in a dealership things would be a little more honest.

I was not aware of the business offering any help when I went to the dealership to ask for help. I would like the dealership to help with either a part or the whole amount to fix the transmission for the truck to start working again. Due to my financial circumstances if I can not get the truck fixed then I will be forced to return the truck to the bank because I will not be paying for a vehicle that does not work. If the dealership is willing to help fix the truck than I can continue making payments. I found some one that would fix the transmission for $700.00 for labor fees and I can take care of the rest and I'll keep making payments but I'm still open to options. I wouldnt really like to return the truck thats why I'm asking for help.

Review: My husband and I purchased a 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe from b.b. auto sales may 31, 2014. Its barely been 6 months since the purchase and the transmission went out we took it to the dealership to see if they could help us with the transmission. I know its a used truck but it is way to soon to have it not work at all now especially for the price we paid for, cars are valued by their performance before being sold not by the year of the vehicle. The workers at the dealership were very rude and refused to help at all their excuse was that there was a new owner now and that when we purchased the truck it was before this new owner and that it was not their problem now and they basically kicked us off their property and threaten to call the police. The truck is completely undrivable the dash board marks transmission hot you cannot even drive it at a speed of 25mph because it starts to force its self you can hear it and feel it. This truck is the main transportation for my husband to go to work and to transport our children any where needed its our family car.Desired Settlement: I would like the dealership to fix the problem to our vehicle it is not right that they are selling used cars that cannot even last a year and then they have a really big issue wrong with them when they tell their customers that they have checked their vehicles and fixed all problems with them before bringing them to their lot to sell.
