Awesome Customer Service, Communication and timliness!
This has been the best, and most positive experience! We first took our 2001 Honda to be serviced, expecting a laundry list of problems, I was informed that very minor things needed to be done, and was given information as to things that would need to be looked at in the future. Pricing was incredibly reasonable and the car was done the same day. We also took our 2013 Chevy in for a coolant problem and B&B found it to be a much bigger problem. Their communication was phenomenal, their openness and honesty through the whole process was great, and they even supplied pictures and let us see what they would be doing to fix the problem. They did not gouge us on pricing and their customer service was top-notch. I am a life long customer and forever grateful for the honesty and compassion they show!
