This Apartment is Tenant Only Parking, there are signs at all entrances of complex, they have no visitor lot nor can you park in visiting tenant's spotYour vehicle must be registered with the Office to the spot you are parked inThe Parking Lot Manager for the complex drives through and if he see's a vehicle that does not belong, he then calls us to remove such vehicleOnce we arrive the plate, kind of vehicle, spot number and plate number are comfirmed with what was called in, we then report vehicle to police department before vehicle is removedOnce all verifications are made we then proceed to remove vehicle from property

Hello sir , this in regards to the car which was towed from 8040s Wildwood dr the towing company is failed to provide me with the photo evidence which can prove that I have parked in hinstead of hand I was without car for two days in this cold weather and on top of that I have paid 249.80$ .so if I have parked in a wrong spot I atleast need a some sort of proof .not someone’s verbal confirmation that’s all

Awful! Worst customer service I have ever experienced, especially for being this kind of company! I called on a day where THIS site says they are open 24 hours, after they had just towed our car LESS than 15 minutes before hand. When I called, A woman answered the phone, very rude, talked over me and continued to get louder. When I had asked for a simple address, when and where I can pick up my car..... she HUNG up on me. I called back to the "main office" where I was then sent to voicemail. VERY unprofessional and far from helpful! If your business is "closed" why are you still towing veichles?? And in order for a tow to be made somebody would have had to call that "office" and tell them about the vehicle. Sounds like a bad case of customer service to me! So unprofessional!

this towing company is awesome they are very courteous and helpful and I wouldn't call any other towing company as they have helped me In the past very friendly I would recommend this company to all my friends and family members there number one in my book

Got dropped off at the tow lot with laundry and a box. I tried putting it in my vehicle before signing any papers and two guys come out of the business saying I can't be back here, closing my vehicle door telling me that I can't put my things in my car. That I had to file paper work first. I tried to put my bag in my vehicle and tried telling the guy that its my car. He wouldn't listen, raised voice and tried snatching my laundry bag from my hands. I say fine, walk to the office and then the lady states that if I'm walkin in here with a "[redacted] attitude" that I can wait until 5 minutes before they close to be helped, or that I have to walk out the door and come back in with a different attitude. This was the worst experience. The workers here are unprofessional.
