***, I would like you to retract the Revdex.com complaint filed against us on 6/16/If we have not satisfied your concerns please let use do that in a timely mannerThe issue of the leaking hose at the very component we replaced could have been there when the vehicle left, in fact the split and leaking hose may have actually been leaking when it left here, however due to the condition of the hose it is likely that the leak started some time laterThe estimate we gave you for the additional cooling system work included replacing many cooling system hoses and this hose would have been taken care of with the additional workI apologize for the inconvenience this additional work has caused, however I need to warn you again the cooling system needs major work (as stated on the invoice) and it could give you additional trouble as well it could cause damage to you engine as wellThank you for your consideration in retracting your Revdex.com complaintDo not hesitate to contact me with any further questions
