See attachment.I understand and can relate to Mr. [redacted]'s Complaint. The automobile in question was towed here approximately December 2016, may have been January 2017. When the car arrived I was informed by Miss. [redacted] that the car was her boyfriends and it need a Cylinder head, I...

looked at the car the following day. I asked [redacted] if the car had been under water due to the ring of green mildew around the outside of the vehicle and the mildew smell inside, she advised she was not sure and was not concerned about it due to once its repaired that Mr. [redacted] was exiting there relationship. Over the past 10 years we have repaired [redacted]s automobiles and never had any type of issue, some repairs she made payments on, some was simple repairs and there was no charge for. Once the cylinder head was installed, the car had a cylinder #1 misfire condition. Check coil pack, compression, power to the injector on that cylinder. Once I determined the injector was faulty, I purchased an injector from [redacted] here at no cost to her nor Mr. [redacted], injector cost 64.99. Due to the cost factor she and him were having. Installed the injector, did not solve the issue, at that time after consulting with Pro Demand systems, there was a TSB in reference to the intakes cracking due to excessive heat from a damaged cylinder head. Followed those instruction to perform the correct testing procedure, the intake fail the test. I contacted [redacted] told her what I had found and about the intake. She advised she would try [redacted] again as to where the cylinder head was purchased, she advised approximately two weeks later that she placed the intake inside the car and the drivers window was down a little, at that moment I asked her did she see the plastic on it or was it blown off again, she said that there was nothing on it, I advised her I would place a trash bag over it again. She said ok, and I explained that the wind kept blowing it off, she said dont matter due to once the automobile is repaired they were parting company. I did place a bag on the vehicle that after noon. Two days later she called and asked when it would be ready. I advised her that it would be the coming Monday before I could get it into the shop. She said fine, then called back later and said that they were having it towed due to they wanted it repaired fasted than I could, I advised ok.... She said what did she owe for the injector and labor on it I said not to worry about it. Later that afternoon she called and said water was standing in the floor boards, asked what to do, I replied with I can vacuum them and clean, then in the background I herd a male voice state that would not work, he -------- wanted new carpet, and I was to take care of it. I advised due to the carpet condition and smell upon arriving here, I was willing to have it clean but would not replace it. That was the last contact I had, then that following week end, the red grand am belonging to Miss [redacted] drove past my business, north bound as I walked to my truck and a male voice yelling [redacted] from the passenger window that was approximately down 6 inches did not see a person.[redacted]
