I and my son are in business to assist seniors in their acquisition of Medicare coverage above and beyond Original MedicareWe take great pride in working with each individual and procuring them coverage that best fits their needs at the lowest cost possibleWe schedule a two hour consultation to make sure they totally understand the product they have decided to purchase What we also do is periodically call all our members to make sure everything is working as planned and if there is anything else we can help them with [redacted] did call me last year and asked what [redacted] was calling her forShe proceeded to tell me her arthritis made it very difficult to answer the phone and to remove her from the calling listWe gratefully agreed and removed her Unfortunately her calls continued because we were calling her on behalf of her mother, who was also insured by us with [redacted] acting as Power of AttorneySince their last names were different, we did not correlate the informationI have informed her of the mishap and that the phone number has been removed from the call back list I hope this clears up the matter and puts us in good standing with the Revdex.comIf there is any more information that you need, please contact meThanks Sincerely, [redacted] [redacted] Partner

To the Revdex.com,On the following complaints:1) Correction needed on his application for Medicare Supplement. The mistake was notified to the insured, not I, so he settled the problem on their initial phone call. I was notified by *** of the needed information after it was
resolved.2) In December we talked about insuring his wife and son but did not fill out any paperwork at the time. I received a call in mid January wondering where was the UPMC policy and informed him we needed to get together and make a decision on the kind of coverage they needed. By the time we attempted to set up an appointment he was going to be out of town and I was to call his wife to set something up. This is where I was negligent in that I did not connect with her. He left me a voicemail on Tuesday, 2/3/2015, wondering what the status was. He followed with this Revdex.com complaint.Since then everything has been resolved and all health coverages have been assigned for his wife and son along with other healthcare protection.If there is anything else you need to close the issue and to resolve this complaint, do not hesitate to ask. Review: In approximately 2011 I used [redacted] of Comprehensive Assurance to purchase a medicare supplement insurance. Over the last three years, he has had his son [redacted] constantly call me, despite my REPEATEDLY yelling [redacted] to stop calling me and to put me on their do not call list. I have also called [redacted] directly and told him to have [redacted] stop calling me and to put me on their do not call list and I have also emailed [redacted] and told him to stop having [redacted] call me and to put me on their do not call list and yet yesterday, I got yet another call from [redacted]. (Yes, my phone number is on the national do not call list). I have rheumatoid arthritis and all this is doing is adding extra stress to my life. I have reported them to the National Do Not Call registry and will continue to report them for violating these laws.Desired Settlement: I want them to know that there are consequences to their actions and that they cannot keep harassing people especially when they have been told at least 6 times to stop calling me

Review: [redacted] was supposed to provide Medicare part B insurance and after it was supposed to start I found that the information that the insurance company had was wrong and I had to correct the problems. He also was supposed to provide a UPMC policy for my wife and child beginning January 1st. This has not been done, he blamed his son and now won't return phone calls. Desired Settlement: Not applicable

I want an apology from B&B Benefits for failure to provide the services they promised.
