I have tried over the past year repeatedly to get this guy back out to fix the work but all he did was give us the run around.
First He promised to fix it then promised to refund now he doesn't return any calls or emails.

Review: Company paved over two sewer pipes resulting in sewer back up in house. Company submitted to their insurance company for damagaes (plumbing and restoration of sewer damage) The driveway that was paved by company was dug up by plumber and remains with holes and damage because company never came back to repair the damage caused by them. Called repeatedly since incident occured in June and spoke with Mark who had several dates set with reschedules and last one being August 14th 930am. Never showed up will not answer phone calls or emails or text messages.Desired Settlement: Want my money back. I paid for a service and a product- and instead have only endured a giant mess and a damaged driveway.

Review: Mark L[redacted] repaved my driveway in May 2014 on a rainy day. A month later, I noticed sinking in the driveway and ruts from car tires even though we stayed off the driveway for weeks after the paving. Mark claimed the issue was a result of the ground being wet and said he would fix the issue. I have called him at least 8 times since May to get the issue resolved. He consistently does not show up to fix the issue and isn't honoring his one year warranty on the driveway.Desired Settlement: I will get my driveway fixed by another contractor and Mark will pay for it.

Review: This company paved my driveway in 2013 and left a large hump in my driveway, I spoke to [redacted] from BBC and they came out to repair the driveway, but only made it worse. I now have a lake in my driveway everytime it rains. [redacted] again stated they would come out in August 2013 to add another coat over the entire driveway to smooth and level the driveway. After numerous calls to the company, I stopped receiving call backs from them.Desired Settlement: I either want the entire driveway to be removed and repaved or refunded for 50% of the original $2200 for leaving me with a driveway that is not going to last and I will have to pay to have someone come out and repair.
