chance to drive over 6 miles before he had to drive it. He only paid $250 out of the $450 + tow. Still hasn't made a payment, and turned my tow truck away 2 wks ago. I'm done offering my help.

This customer bought this car on May 2, 2015, she called on 10/15/15 to tell us the car was broke down for a month.  We sent a tow truck 57 miles to get her abandoned car with drive's window broke out for at least 3 weeks.  She was $610 behind on her payment then.  I talked to her...

father at least 3 or 4 times about what was going on with the repairs.  He understood and appreciated the updates and agreed with what we were doing.  Called them when it was done in the 1st week of December.  They came down 23 weeks later to pick up the car, and acted like they didn't have a clue what was going on.  She says she has some money, but doesn't have a job and won't be able to make payments.  This is not how we do business.   Respectfully Yours
