Service sucks! They canceled my appointment without saying that someone called and canceled the appointment. I never called and canceled my appointment but somehow it was canceled! Do not use this company! They are not Revdex.com accredited, their customer service horrible, and they are very unprofessional! [redacted] and [redacted] need before communication skills!
UNTRUE ADS HIGH PRESSURE SALES
Review: I wanted my carpet couch and love seat steam cleaned. I asked three times if they used steam and was told yes. All they did was use hot water and spray on carpet cleaner to do the items above. near the end of their work I walked outside and looked at the machine in their truck. the temp. gauge said 90 degrees. my carpet looks just so-so. they did a real fast once over.
