These people are only good for the most simple of computer problems and repairs. They cant handle anything more challenging than cleaning viruses. These people had no idea how to even put in a brand new hard drive and couldnt even seat my RAM correctly! Avoid unless you want to pay 200 bucks for work that a nerdy high school student could do. Actually pay a nerdy high school student the 200. I know you'd get better results
