Review: This company poured my foundation 9 1/2 years ago. I started calling him before the carpet was put in and have been calling him ever since, telling him there was something wrong with my foundation. One time he made an appointment with me to bring his engineer

out to my house to figure out what was going on. He never showed up. All I wanted him to do was to stand behind his guarantee that the foundation on my house would not move. After hundreds of calls I decided to have an independent engineer out to look at the foundation. I did have 2 engineers give me a report. They said the foundation was not done correctly. I have over 100 major cracks inside and outside of my house. One side of my house had moved 4 to 5 inches and the other side 3+ inches. The tile on the entry way by

the front door and the kitchen floor and the kitchen backsplash have cracks in the tile.(not the grout lines but the tile itself has cracked .) This will all have to be replaced. I had a company come and fix the foundation. They put piers all the way around my house, they did see

2 piers was all. Jeff Brooks told me he put 43 piers in my house. Wonder where they are, they did not hold my house up. I feel that if you pay to have something done and it is guaranteed, it should be taken care of not just ignored. I have tried calling him and he will still not answer my call or return any messages. One of the engineers said someone who performs this type of work needs to be stopped from ripping off the public. My home is a big investment and I have had the foundation fixed which was very costly. All of the other repairs will be costly as well.Desired Settlement: I do think because of his sub-standard workmanship, he should pay for the repairs.
