Review: This company calls my house at all hours of the day and night and when answering it is just a beeping noise. When calling the number back it is busy. In the event this was a recorded line I have asked to please remove me from the list.Desired Settlement: Please inform company to take me off of their list to call. THIS IS HARASSMENT.

I have placed Mr. Delagol on our internal Do-Not-Call list. He will not be contacted by my again. For the record he has not been contacted since the date of his initial complaint.

I would also like to be clear that we do not call clients “at all hours of the day and night”. We are very careful to make sure that we are following all applicable laws and regulations regarding our telemarketing processes.

Lastly, regarding the tardiness of my response. I was not aware of the complaint until several weeks ago. I am not sure how this happened but I had not received any correspondence regarding this complaint until I contacted your office for a separate matter.

I would like to have an online account set up so that all future issues can be sent to me via email and resolved with an online response.

Please let me know if anything else is required to update this current complaint.
