I purchased a battery for my car on 12/16/while I had a membership when my car broke down I called multiple numbers of times when my car wouldn't start due to the dying battery They gave me several jumps but didn't want to replace the battery that was under warrantyAt this time, I required a daily jump to get my car started AAA felt the battery wasn't the problem and required that I have a diagnostic test for the vehicle The diagnostics test costed $ The diagnostic test stated that the headlight dimmer switch might be the problem since AAA noted that it wasn't the battery I paid $to replace the dimmer switch The car still needed a daily jump AAA advised me that they again didn't think the battery was the problem I took the car back to the repair shop, and they kept it for two days, and they concluded that this was a battery issue and they provided me with a letter for AAA AAA advised me that I had to renew my membership for $to have my battery replaced

After years of paying for a premier r v policy which I was assured covered my boat trailer for roadside assistance I found I had no coverage when I needed it after I asked multiple times if it was covered
I would like a refund if my years that I paid for a policy which never covered my needsI was left without coverage over miles from my home after I relied on the truthfulness of the sales person on the phone

I went online and got AAA's Premier Roadside Assistance PackageI never seen on the site where it stated that it would take days to become activeI ended on the interstate over miles away from my address with two small children in the car I ended up having to do an emergency stop on the interstate at around 9:30pm with my and year old due to brake and tire issues I called AAA, and was advised that the tow would only cover me for miles and that my package would not take effect into 48-hours laterThe lady stated that the information should have been on the website when I purchased the packageI advised her that I did see that when I made the purchased and was told that I needed to look for the information in order to find itBy it being the weekend I could not talk to customer service about the issueI was advised that I would have to pay the tow truck company $if I wanted serviceThe closest gas station was 6= miles away so the miles would have not even

aprox april 1st I called to upgrade my AAA card; I gave agent all my CC info, any all other information to process my request After we were done I asked for road service and was informed by the agent I would have wait days before I could use the extra mile service I asked for agent to speak to supervisor to see if we could use that day He came back on phone and explained he was sorry and no that we would have to wait the three days; after which I hung up the phone I waited 4- days before calling to use service I received a bill for cents I was and am not happy What if my wife needed emergency help only to find out that we did not have the upgrade we thought we had..it does not make sense I called to asked to talk to supervisor--after three call and three different conversations there story changed each time I was put on hold for way to long, disconnected and finally the last agent/supervisor I talked with told me "I talked to someone and canceled the upgrade"

We called for service while on vacation in July of last yearThe service provider changed a tire for us, but did not tighten down the bolts on the new tire well enoughWe lost the tire going down the highway minutes later, and much damage was incurredWe were lucky to have our lives after the accidentIt was admitted by the mechanics that fixed my van, ultimately, that this had to be the fault of the service provider for not tightening the tire properlyIt was a harrowing experience, to say the least

I have been trying to get Reimbursed from AAA for travel interruption for over months now I have been given wrong information about what is reimbursed, one person tells me I can submit my deductible and car rental and hotel (because of an accident I had while traveling home ) And another person tells me that is not correctI also had to wait on the side of the road for hours until 2am, which I never received a credit back onto my allowable tows for the year for having to wait so long Also I was promised over 1/weeks ago a check was mailed and as of this morning, I still have not received a check
