They claimed they would match or beat any offerWhen I brought them the offer, not only did they refuse to beat it, they would not even come close to matching itThe friendly sales person became not so friendly anymoreWhen I asked what happened to matching or beating any offer, the response was "Well I guess not any offer." The out the door price was several hundred dollars cheaper at Chaparral in San BernardinoI won't shop at B and B CyclesI'd rather drive down the hill
