Review: I purchased a mattress and box spring from [redacted] who uses B and B Delivery Service. When the mattress and box spring were delivered, the men drug them to the house. I told them, as I met them at the door, that nothing could be drug across my hardwood floors. One of them took the old mattress off the bed, sat it on the floor and slid it, the cording on the edge making a 26 inch scratch on the floor. I contacted [redacted] immediately, filed the required paperwork, and sent pictures and estimates. After not hearing from anyone for months, I contacted [redacted] again, and they told me the damage was the delivery company's responsibility. I called the delivery company and the person hung up on me. He will not answer my calls or call me back. I have tried several times to contact them and have spoken with someone at [redacted] on numerous occasions. Everyone is ignoring me.Desired Settlement: I want my hardwood floor replaced. A flooring professional has looked at it, and he told me the scratch is too deep to repair. He said that even if it wasn't, the finish would never match.
