Review: My Son called them several times to have our garage door repaired and was assured they would be here the next day. It was six weeks from his first call when they finally arrived. At one point they did tell him that they where having trouble with one of there trucks. I can understand that but they never called him with an explanation why they where not here. He did all the calling. I immediately paid them. Two weeks after the repair there was a problem again. Once again he called them several times with promises they would be here. I finally called them on a Thursday and was promised they would be here on Friday the next day. Two weeks later they still where not here and again they never called they just didn't show. Last Thursday morning my Son called [redacted] Overhead Doors and they where here that day and did the repair. They did a great job. You are probably wondering why we didn't call them first but B&B Door are the ones that installed the garage door originally many years before. My chief complaint is there lack of communication and customer service. A simple telephone call to let us know they would not be here would have been very helpful.Desired Settlement: Better customer service

Arrangements were made with [redacted] and we went out to the residence 3 or 4 time but [redacted] had failed to leave the remote. We needed the remote to program the limits on the operator to the remote. We have tried to go above and beyond in our service to this customer.

I spoke to her on a Thursday to tell her the remotes had been there over a week waiting for them she assured me they would be here the next day. As you know they did not show and I never heard from her again. [redacted] Overhead doors where called and where here immediately and did great work. I was sorry I didn't call them first but I was trying to support a local company. I don't expect anything from them I just want other people to know there customer service stinks. Regards,
