Their techs did an excellent job today on my basement drainThis issue was a nightmare in the makingWhile leveling the floor with compound some of it ran into the basement drain closed tightI thought this drain was doomed and time to get a jack hammer or sump pump for the washer and laundry sinkA B&B tech told me on the phone that it was worth checking to see if it was possible to clear itNot only did they clear it but it came in way below their up front priceWhat businesses do that anymore? It never fails that when it is my turn to host the holidays for out of town guests, something major goes wrong in the house This year it was sewer back up in my downstairs bathroom, which also caused water to flow into a sleeping area I was using for my guests There was no way around it but to call for help on Thanksgiving Day, as much as I hated the idea of taking an on call employee away from their family gathering B & B responded quickly, and there was a tech at my house within an hour of that initial call He was courteous and friendly, and there was no hint of annoyance at paying us a visit during this special time He had my drain cleared within an hour., water turned back on, and we got back on track for preparing our dinner (not to mention using our own bathroom facilities!)
At his recommendation we scheduled a follow up on a work day, so a camera could be run through to find our main access points, as well as determine if we had any larger blockages or issues(As our access could not be located he cleared immediate blocking by going through the stool arm) There admittedly a hiwith the follow up visit, but when I called the office their customer service response was PHENOMENAL! They immediately addressed my concerns, making sure that we had an experienced tech on site who could address our concerns and make sure the job was completed correctly The general knowledge of their operations manager was AMAZING, and he was able to explain to me particulars of my own house and codes at the time it was built that I never would have known, or even known that I should know! The response of the company to my concerns went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations And while I would admit I started the day of the second visit ready to crucify on social media, I ended it with glowing recommendations! Thank you again for a job well done! It is so nice to see a company with such strong work ethics and caring in regards to their customer's experiences
