During the Valentines Holiday, we source out our delivery drivers and telephone staff In no way, would we want our company to be represented by people as stated in the customer's complaint.I am truly sorry for the terrible service that her mother encountered as as the very, unprofessional responses from the driver and those on the telephone.We did, today, deliver to her mother boxes of [redacted] chocolates with a note of apology from us.To the purchaser, I apologize for the terrible service you received during a very important holiday It definitely is not the standard by which we do business There was a refund for the entire amount that was charged

To clarify I contacted my credit card company and put a dispute in and they refunded me the money on their sidethis was long before I received any phone call back from the florist Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: This is not an isolated incident and the response by the company is an excuse for the way they normally treat customers I made my order well before Mother's Day and had scheduled the delivery two days before Mother's Day exactly for the reason that Mother's Day would be a busy day for them When I originally called and spoke to a woman she literally told me on the phone that my order was on the truck and would be delivered shortly Apparently she just decided to lie because the flowers never got delivered This company is a horrible example of a florist and a prime example of their typical service is all the negative *** reviews I do not think my experience was an exception at all, it sadly seems to be the norm

The customer indeed placed this order. I apologize that the phone calls that were placed were not returnedIt was definitely a problem of miscommunication on our part. We do not have this problem on an everyday basis, but the holiday really through our schedules off. My
sincerest apologies to this customer and know that this was our fault of miscommunication
