These guys are great. I phoned them asking for a quote on doing a replacement for springs, cables, spools and bearings. The first thing they asked me were questions to determine whether I really needed to conduct the work! Once that was complete, they offered me a total price half that of the previous estimate I was given. They told me that they would do the work that day as it was safety issue. They phoned back to confirm that they would be there within the hour. As promised, they turned up and did the work quickly and effectively.They determined that most of what I was told by another company as required was complete overkill. They tightened the spring rather than replace it, they determined the tension cables were still in good shape, etc. They had my door working perfectly when they left, and for 1/6 what they Precision was looking to charge. Would definitely use them again.
