DO NOT STAY HERE .... IT'S [redacted] AND THE MANAGMENT LET'S ANY BODY IN AS LONG AS THEY HAVE MONEY TO PAY HE HAS NO CONCERN FOR THE RESIDENTS WHO ACTUALLY DO RIGHT I recently have stayed at Residence Rv park for almost 3 months I am a mother and wife my son resides with me who is two years old at first it was OK after about a week the shower area the bottom part started to peel off after looking at it I noticed a leak rotten wood and mold under the shower this had to be going on for awhile after notifying the manager they did nothing still nothing almost 3 months later the shower is about to completely rot through the floor not long later the sink started leaking same thing and noticed mold as well also upon my arrival they were informed about b the roaches said they would spray and still haven't now I am being evicted due to a supposed argument that wasn't even me and my husband like that claim it was 2 men 2 trailers down and the trailer behind them we were not even involved in they serve my notice on the 28th of December and it said leave Dec 29 but after looking at the notice further they printed it on Dec 26th the day I pd rent last but didn't bother to tell me took my money waited 2 days then taped the notice to my door I have gone and talked directly to the manager of the property and he gave me till the 30th being that I received the notice the 28th I had to plead for the 31st at noon to be out my husband has had back surgery and I have a two year old to find a reasonably priced place in a day this man the manager Dale told me to go stay in a homeless shelter I have no problem getting out I don't want to stay here any way the conditions are nasty the other residents are [redacted] and such it isn't safe but it would be great if I got the proper notice on eviction and also the maintainment of property like promised when I moved in there's still roaches still mold and other broken issues in the mobile home not to mention being evicted I had nothing to do with or even knowing the the people or incident that occured
