Both technicians who worked on my boat told me they didn't know what was going on and were fixing it on their own time and there would be no charge because they knew it was working and now is not. Questioning my integrity is both unprofessional and basically makes my point. What I ACTUALLY said was only two companies have worked on my boat since 2004. I did NOT say that I did not have any work done on it. It was properly maintained and stored. There is no legal basis for this claim. I just want it on the record that this business is attempting to charge me for making my boat worse. The fact that my boat is worse can be confirmed by the salesman selling my boat. He knew it how it was running as he drove it often. He greatly apologized for the referral

*** ***, Scorpion Bay Marina called to see if we could help resolve some mechanical issues on Mr*** boat. Also, Mr*** was selling the boat to a MrChet Leach. All parties requested us to come out to see if we could repair the problem on the Starboard motor and do a
Pre-Purchase Inspection of the boat. We are not a mobile facility, but as a favor to everyone, we went. On the 1st trip, we found problems with the Starboard Motor, Generator and V-Drive. The Generator was inoperative and needs replacement. While testing the Starboard motor, there were whining noises in the V-Drive. After multiple trips to the lake and various test, and after putting in new tuparts, the diagnosis is a timing issue, the ECM or Internal Timing Chain. On the last trip, on 4/4/I explained to Mr*** that there are expensive repairs that need to be made to make it run properly. He was also informed that we needed the boat at our shop to do the repairs. It costs us and him too much to be running out to the lake all the time. He refused. He got very upset about the cost. He told me that he has not had an Annual Service on the Engines since 2004-years! He told me he wasn't paying the last bill and for us to put the old parts back on his boat the way it was when we 1st went out to look at it. He states the boat ran fine before we worked on it. We have bent over backwards to try and help Mr***He signed a legal contract with us on when our tech's went to the lake the 1st time. Mr*** has a pending sale on this boat and is taking his problems out on us. He has had a problem that no-one has been able to fix for him. We need payment from Mr*** on the last invoice within days from 4/4/18, per our signed contract by Mr***. If he does not pay this invoice, we will file with the appropriate Courts for reimbursement for our work that he requested. We have more info that pertains to this matter, but, your site limits the characters

My apologies, this email was caught in my spam and I just noticed it. I read his response and there several statements that are just made up. The last visits, the ones he is trying to bill me for, the technicians told me would be No Charge. The very last of those visits, the tech didn’t even show as I was on my boat for hours and he never showed. I caught he and ***a, the manager, in a lie stating the he a was at my boat at 5pm. I was on the boat until pm and when I told them that, they said oh, he was on another boat until then. When I was in the parking lot at 7pm. There was a handful of cars and NO service trucks. Thank you!

This is not the first time that customer's do not like the synopsis on what it takes to fix their engine properly.  We are Authorized Mercury Marine Dealer & Volvo Penta Dealer & have a lot of experience on handling such problems.  I do not believe the Revdex.com believes that we told Mr. [redacted] that any of this work was for free.  Mr. [redacted] is lying.  We are there to help but do not work for free. He said he has not had a service since 2004, 14 years.  He also has a blown Generator & his Tranny is also whining.  He has many more problems than what he is trying to get out of paying for here.  Mr [redacted] stated we were not working on his boat on said date.  Our Service Manager took a picture of our Technician in his boat engine compartment with the date and time.  Mr. [redacted] will have a hard time arguing this fact in front of a Judge.  Our signed contract states he has 30 days to pay his bill-that he is responsible for paying any fees incurred in settling this debt with us.  Also, Mr. [redacted] is making payments to the bank on this boat, so, we haven't decided yet whether we are to place a lien on his boat, or file in Civil Court.  We will also be informing the various credit agencies on his tardiness of payment.  Mr. [redacted] still has approximately 10 days left to pay his bill in full before we start reimbursement proceedings.  We would much rather settle this with Mr. [redacted] through the Revdex.com, rather than having Mr. [redacted] and ourselves putting out more money to take this matter to Court.  Bodnar Boat Works stands by the work we do and, if there are any problems with any of our customer's, we have always, and will always try to take care of them to the best of our ability.  We have already put our best foot forward and have not charged Mr. [redacted] lake trip fees for 2 technicians, which equals 4 hours labor at $129.00 per hour, which equals $516.00, which was discounted off of his final bill.  We can Email picture and/or signed Contract up the Revdex.com's request.

In regards to the complaint assigned ID#[redacted]. Due to the lack of us being able to get the original title for motorcycle in which would allow the registration to be valid. Mr. [redacted] was given a full refund in the amount he had paid for the 2012 Dyna Switchback. In addition we also personally...

The response is correct the company did refund my down payment and first monthly payment. However; my credit is left with hard inquires a loan payoff (which doesn't positively affect my credit) These two factors have negatively impacted my overall credit score and are hindering my from purchasing a new motorcycle elsewhere. The dealership showed wrecklessness and unprofessionalism when they sold a motorcycle without a title.
